- Booking: will only be confirmed and guaranteed against a 50% advance payment of the total booking amount.
- Standard Check-in & Check-out time:
Check-in – 14:00 hrs onwards
Check-out – Latest by 11:00 hrs
Note: Early Check-in & Late Checkout are subject to availability, at discretion of Dil Bole Pahad& will attract extra charges. - ID Proof: All guests are requested to share their valid Govt. Identity proof with address mentioned on the same. We do no accept Pan Card as ID proof.
- The Right to Admission: is reserved by Dil Bole Pahad – The Wooden Chalet, Prini, Manali.
- Please keep all your belongings safe. In any case, Dil Bole Pahad will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged luggage.
- Smoking: We have dedicated and attached balconies from living room and all bedrooms with ashtrays to smoke. Smoking inside the premises (Living room, bedroom, bathroom etc.) is strictly not allowed.
- Music: Any kind of loud music is not allowed after 10:00 pm. Kindly help us in keeping the surrounding and environment “Noise Pollution Free”.
- Extra Guest: Rates are offered considering the no of guest at the time of booking. Extra guest will be charged and prior intimation is required.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Pets: are not allowed at the property
