1) For cancellations before 30 days from check-in date, 50% advance received to guarantee the booking will be Refunded.

2) For cancellations between 15 to 30 days from check-in date, 50% advance received to guarantee the booking will be adjusted against a Credit Note.

• The Credit Note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of booking. Guest can re-book one time for the dates in future at applicable rates. Length of stay will not be reduced.
•  In case of a variance in future dates amount and credit note, remaining balance advance should be transferred to Dil Bole Pahad in order to guarantee the dates.

3) For cancellations between 14 days to check-in date, 50% advance received to guarantee the booking will nor be refunded neither adjusted against a credit note.

4) Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

5) All cancellation requests will be accepted only via written communication through WhatsApp/Email.
